Customer service is our number one priority. Once your order is placed it is carefully reviewed before it is submitted for printing and it is not uncommon for you to receive feeback if we feel any of your personalization could be changed. We strive to give you the personal service you would receive if you were to walk in a store. We check on our orders daily to be sure they are moving along smoothly and keep you updated on the status of your order.

charmingcards.com uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data and during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, personal informationis not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it

Sales Tax:  A sales tax of 8.75% will be charged to all orders shipped within California.

Shipping: 
Charming Cards ships within the USA. Production time is listed for each product and varies by vendor. Shipping times are in addition to production times.  Packages ship either UPS ground or US Priority mail depending on vendor. The average time to process and print an order is 1 week. Ground shipping typically takes less than 5 days, but can take as long as 10 days, especially during the holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. If you have ordered several products, they may arrive in different shipments. Email charming cards for information on rush ordering and expedited delivery on a particular product at customerservice@charmingcards.com. Some items have a  shipping surcharge in addition to these rates due to extra weight . These items include the the Toss Rolling Bags, file folders, and the chunky notepads. Rates will be indicated when added to cart.

Expedited shipping is available for holiday cards:
UPS 2day- $32
UPS Overnight-$50
Expedited shipping still follows the normal processing/printing time for each item. Expedited shipping is selected during check out.

Returns:  If there is an error on a personalized order that is the fault of Charming Cards, your order will be processed again on a rush basis at no cost. If the error is customer error, Charming Cards will redo the order at a cost of 50% plus shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product that is not personalized, you can return your product within 30 days. We will not credit back the shipping cost unless the product was defective in some way.

Special Offers:  Charming Cards will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers.  To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
